Hello I'm Claudia,​​

a creative producer with over five years of experience working across video and animation projects, supporting productions from early ideas through to final delivery.

​

My background spans both production and creative. Alongside managing budgets and timelines, I develop ideas and scripts, direct, and often edit projects myself. Having worked in smaller production environments where I was responsible for the full process, I have a strong understanding of every stage of production, from leading teams and managing schedules to knowing when to push creative boundaries.

This end-to-end experience allows me to work flexibly. Depending on the project, I can deliver content independently in a cost-effective way, or bring together and lead the right team to work at scale.

My work spans a range of formats and sectors, including commercial and corporate content, charity projects, and 2D and 3D animation. I adapt my approach depending on the subject, audience and complexity of each project.

After studying in Italy, I moved to London, where I worked across a range of agency and production environments. Those experiences shaped a practical and proactive approach to production, grounded in clear communication, collaboration and delivery.

I’m currently working independently and am available to collaborate with agencies and production teams on a freelance basis, supporting projects that require a hands-on creative producer who can integrate into existing structures and help move things forward.

Alongside my freelance work, I run a small production company, Human Frames Media, which I use to support projects that require a more structured or scaled production approach.

​

I enjoy working across different subjects and formats, and I’m often trusted with complex or sensitive projects because I take ownership, stay calm under pressure, and focus on finding practical solutions that support both the work and the people involved.
